BTW labor scholars would remind you that “helping more” when there’s still one person in charge of all the executive function (& thus cognitive load) is an insufficient response to a problem of disproportionate labor!

The "traditional" structure of TTRPGs puts an enormous amount of pressure on the GM to learn/refine & very little on the players.
Which is somehow seen as more reasonable than spreading the load of learning/contribution across the whole table.

grimacing as i check my stat screen for the first time. i’m on slow xp curve. my job points are fucked. basically no stam. my gear score is in the low-to-no teens. i’ve been on auto level up and the respec gems are like 9k (and need to be pre-approved by my bank). i’ve been overencumbered since 2019
