Pesky varmints, the both of you

That’s sad. One of my best friends died with that a few years ago.

Yes! I did that sitting in one spot in a market recently and got some lovely portraits of people passing in front of me, in bright clothes, or jogging or pausing for a think

I love that! Such an interesting experiment - if only he hadn’t been a humourless copper. Mind you, these days he’d be in fear of a pasting.

No, I don’t take photos of kids without asking a parent. And I’m not a perv re the bums - I just like lovely shapes and beauty in general! I love looking at interestingly dressed people in the street - and try to grab photos, or ask for photos. I really like your pub characters.

The invisibility of my sex and age can be an advantage…!

I’ve done that! Sometimes I follow a nice sexy bum down the road just for the view (I’m an old lady, nobody cares!)

Couldn’t agree more (really must break that online Scrabble addiction) 😬

I don’t know what that means but sure, whatever you like!

When I was particularly knackered with Long Covid, I would exploit my local bus hub in Hackney (2 mins walk) and sit on the first bus that came as far as I fancied (frail but stationary, flask and snacks in bag) then come back again. An enlightening view of London.

You know what? I think I could!

I did a bit better than that in Vienna but I always felt there was so much more to see. And it’s so good to walk and walk everywhere (or get familiar with the local transport). Love those trams in Vienna but didn’t use enough…

Oh God yes, the Breughels! And Hundertwasser House - the colours! Wrote a play about Schiele after being there. I loved the massive architecture and they’re so good at elegant cafes and bars. I used to stay in such an Austrian hotel, very woody and dark and velvety. I yearn to go there again…

I worked there a lot as a theatre director but I was always so busy that I only got short breaks to grab the culture. The Leopold a fave. Really want to just holiday there. Have fun, you bastard.

A story waiting to happen.
Photo in black and white of an arched tunnel framing the entrance of an old mansion block, lit by a Victorian streetlight - very film noir. Taken yesterday.

It is not fair at all that you went to Vienna and didn’t take ME!!!

But what about his stupid brain?

Oh joy! (Or very much not, in this case)
