This game’s never gonna end. I’m going to bed and I’ll find out the result tomorrow!
I’ve never had an issue at not waking up on the first alarm, but I just do it anyway for some reason. 😂
Game 3 of the World Series is in extras, and this is my alarm clock for tomorrow morning:
Yeah, much of my pre-2021 photos are on my other old phones, which I for some reason opted to not back them up when I got a new one then. 🤷🏻‍♂️
Who remembers this era of American Airlines’ safety video?

“There are so many places to go in this world…” this was like music to my ears back then.

The trend is clear: Alaska is pulling back at its traditional California hubs of #LAX and #SFO in favor of expansion in San Diego and Portland, Ore.

Alaska seats are up 45% at SAN, 22% at PDX, 1% at LAX (on fewer departures), and down 3% at SFO in the first 9 months of 2026 vs 2025, per Cirium.
Oh right, makes sense
…some of the 772s they got in the mix now. Big improvement over the A321T when it’s all said and done.
So IMO, the hard product is the most important on these premium transcons (i.e. more than lounges). These routes are extremely O&D heavy, and I expect most experienced pax get to the airport as late as possible for these.

The XLR should do the job for this, along with…
So I wonder how this will affect your 25/25 challenge. It's clearly not your fault that you didn't make it to DCA, you did everything right and got on the plane, and it even flew (unlike one of your earlier ones where you had a broken aircraft or something IIRC, and B6 didn't give you credit).
And adding: Basic Economy doesn’t really matter on such a low fare if you have elite status and/or an AA credit card, if you’re ok with the partial refund part.
Last night I booked the cheapest American Airlines ticket I’ve ever seen. $48 from BOS-JFK, next week.

In the past I’ve seen $59 or $64, but I can’t recall ever seeing $48.

#Avgeeks are already all over the XLR inaugural!
Am I the only one surprised that the XLRs have just 2 rows of Main Cabin Extra?
