The tones always seem balanced, there's never blown-out whites or poor focus, the frame rate will be unusually high and smooth for having such poor lighting, the video never seems digitally compressed which is kinda necessary for storing them on devices and memory cards, especially wireless, etc etc

A hint for spotting AI videos: think about what is supposedly recording the vid.

AI seems to be trained on photos from DSLR/mirrorless cameras & smartphones with post-processing. So when they try to reproduce smaller crappier cameras (webcam, trail cam, doorbell, etc), the image is just too good.

Also that is just way too quality of footage to have come from a door camera, security camera, trail camera or even most webcams at night, presumedly only lit by porch light. It's just too crisp and the tones are too balanced.

AI is really bad at reproducing that stuff cuz of what it's trained on.

another thing is that there's a trend of AI videos that are based on night vision camera footage of animals, and in some of these fake color "candid" footage AI videos, they still treat shadows like its night vision, cuz it doesn't know not to.

Because of Who I Am, I'm being sent that video of the possum being started by the Halloween decoration A LOT, and I am become buzzkill because I regret to inform you it's AI

Time stamp makes no sense, shadows are wrong, too many toes, possums can't jump like that, table changes dimensions and warps
