I do hear it in the spring. This time of year we don’t often get a wintry mix. Just “winters arriving” with the added “expected 10-20 cm of snow” 😖😂🥶

Yes! Garlic toast is the best, ANY time of day! 😂 Big time changes are always tough. I can’t even do red eye flights because I feel terrible after… even in the same time zone! 😬😂 Hope you’re feeling better as you slowly adjust back! That’s a big time change.
