Largest crowd yet! People are UPSET! Athens, Ohio says #noKings !
I just donated to @ohiocapitaljournal.com because they have become a critical source of news as I try to follow the Ohio legislature, redistricting and other news in Ohio. I also appreciate their thoughtful commentary.

Support great journalism!
YES!! Free Public Preschool
"All these discouraging realities scream out that the best investment taxpayers can make in a child’s life is quality preschool for 3- and 4-year-olds."
Awesome tool from the National Education Association @neatoday.bsky.social allows you to create a past due invoice to send to your rep to tell them to fully fund the Individual with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). My district's funding gap is $1,202,883.

At the last protest I stood next to a union leader yelling "He lied to you" through a bullhorn as cars drove past heading to Walmart.

These events make you feel less alone. Everyone stand up and be as brave as you can!

Finally, something we can celebrate!
A 12-foot statue of Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein frolicking and holding hands appeared on the National Mall in Washington, DC on Tuesday, September 23.

A plaque under the statue states that it has been erected “In Honor of Friendship Month."
Thanks for the work you do - I've been reading often!
Thanks for being brave!
Is anyone surprised? But also, this doesn’t mean that they should be rewarded with more taxpayer money. Actually the opposite - put resources where they are needed so that all Ohioans benefit.
“Like so much of the still-living world, the butterflies in my pollinator garden are a reminder of what I most need to remember. That we must find some way to keep faith in the future. That we must find some way to save them.”
For me, Nature has become an antidote to the chaos of politics.

What a shame that this money could be used to actually help, not terrorize.
I think this is the first swallowtail caterpillar I’ve seen in my yard.

The Trump administration released a report saying that the threat of climate change is overblown in order to justify pro-pollution policies.

More than 85 climate scientists just condemned the report, saying it is riddled with errors and cherry-picked data.

REPOST if you support these scientists!
