(thank you genetics), but my ribs were very prominent and my chest was really thin.

Now, my ribs are still visible and my chest still looks thin, I just have slightly thiccer thighs (again, genetics. Fat just compiles there). I look… better.

Anyway, just yapping. I’m doing better. 🩷

calorie counting, but I’m finding it just makes me feel worse because no matter how careful I am, I always end up going over.

I’m very slowly trying to love and accept my body and its curves. I weigh 133lbs (I’m 5’2”) now and 2-3 years ago I was as small as 108lbs. For a long time, I was hating myself as I am now. I felt fat, ugly, flabby. Still do sometimes. I’ve tried to get back on-

• People constantly crashing out.
• People constantly beating themselves up and putting themselves down over nothing.
