I also used to work out mostly in the evenings (I also did way too much volume back then) and often felt really tired after the gym. But I switched into mostly working out in the mornings about 3 months ago + really focused on improving my sleep & recovery, which is when I started to feel energized

Hmm if you're constantly super tired after your workouts (sometimes I'm tired too, but working out shouldn't deplete all your energy), I would check how you're doing when it comes to sleep, nutrition & recovery. I would also check your program and if you're doing too many exercises/too much volume🤔

Had one of those mornings where I kinda wasn't feeling it, but I went to the gym anyway, thinking I could do an easier workout if I felt like it. Ended up having a great workout in terms of progressive overload and then I walked home in a good mood and feeling energized. ✨The power of exercise✨

I've been able to sleep 7-9 hours per night for over a week now, improving my sleep has definitely been the hardest part to tackle but oh boy does it feel nice not to feel dead tired all the time😭

As someone who has spent years in a semi-survival mode and always feeling tired because of it, it feels soooo good to be able to sleep for 8-9 hours and wake up feeling rested. This has been such a long project, but I'm so glad to finally see signs that my nervous system is starting to calm down
