Evergreen advice for new artists, remove "Aspiring Artist" or whatever variation out of your bio! Are you making art? Then you're an artist! Life as a creative can be difficult enough as is. Starting off on the path by putting yourself down doesn't help you.

Attended a new social event and had a great time ✨
I still often have to briefly fight the "what if I just stay at home instead" thoughts, though, and sometimes they still win. It takes time for the new activities to become your new normal and comfort zone but that's also okay

Looking back, in 2023 my gender/body dysphoria was so bad that I avoided meeting new people irl. Social media was kinda my comfort zone since it allowed me to communicate via text, but back then I still didn’t fully recognize that anxiety as dysphoria and instead thought I was just socially anxious

POV of becoming a gym regular: at this point I recognize the other regulars, today there was only me and one of those people training there at 10:30pm and it feels like both us were like ”yeah I know you” in silent approval haha

Finally found some time to work on personal stuff.
Ordered myself a food processor as an early Christmas present and it should arrive on monday, can’t wait to chop all the vegetables and make salads faaaast it’s going to make my meal preparation a lot easier

Sometimes I think about if I should create a side account for my workout stuff to keep my art and hobbies separate. Back when bsky was a lot smaller, I enjoyed the freedom of just being a person in a way and not just an artist but I also understand that most folks mainly follow me to see art

I found some nice pants at a flea market today (even tho I was there searching for something else) they were 4 euros each and the fit was nice, not bad. I also found a nice double belt for 2 euros

Apparently it was possible to change my calling name to Runo in my uni info even though it isn’t my legal name yet, so I did that. I also changed my gender marker to ”undefined” (which I think is kind of funny) since that was the only option beside the binary ones
