I've had this piece of architecture I concepted ages ago but I've been struggling with what to use it for. I'm thinking maybe a large courtyard and entryway to a palace? Maybe a fortress? Inspired by birds of prey and outstretched wings and trying to echo those angles throughout

Sorry if you saw a rough post from me earlier. Didn’t sleep well and had some rough dreams. When I’m that tired, it’s tough to catch myself before a depressive spiral. It doesn’t happen as often as it used to, but it still happens. Thanks for the kind messages.

Was so struck by Joel Edgerton's performance that I ended up watching another movie he's in, The Stranger. Really dark, but extremely well done. The subtle tension throughout is fantastic.
Crying so much after watching Train Dreams on Netflix. One of the most achingly beautiful films I've ever seen. So many warm moments and a few so sad they pull at your heartstrings. Truly astonishing cinematography of the pacific northwest that reminds me why I consider it home. An all timer for me.
