We're living of that, cutting hair is my income, no shows are double annoying because lost money AND the opportunity for a new client are gone. I'm sorry, I don't want to be rude, but I'm on the other side 😭

I really can't hold back here because I get it, but the background is, that people are not reliable anymore. Appointments are not seen as a contract anymore but like a "Maybe I'm in the mood for a haircut next week" and then they don't show. Salons also pay for the texts 😭

As a salon owner I can tell you, the anxiety is real that people who book are no shows 😅😅 and in this financial disaster we're living world wide, it's super annoying when it seems booked out but 3 of 6 people don't show...
