feeling like I'm still struggling with breathing today, but had to take my little guy on a small walk (with many breaks).

Adjusting to life with severe allergies has not been a fun experience for me.
The hours/days after where you feel both dangerously weak while simultaneously like you're about to have a heart attack is not my favorite

Consistent work, ongoing therapy & learning to prioritize and care for my mental health.
Remember: you never know what someone is going through, but can almost always guarantee it's heavier than you think.
Open & frank discussion is key to helping end the stigma surrounding mental health 💚💚

I'm late to the party, but want to take a moment to chat on WMHD.
Many don't know, but I spent over a year collectively in Psych wards in my youth, suffering from severe CPTSD & suicide attempts stemming from childhood trauma.
I'm now 14 years "clean" from self-harm, but this is not without

The first one was from a wasp sting, so I guessed the second was from honey in my tea ( I didn't realize there can be a correlation between honey and stings)
Then today, all I ate before the attack was 2 mini Halloween chocolate bars, neither with honey in them. Soooo now I have no idea 😭
