When asked as to when he'd bring the House back into session, Mike Johnson responded with complaining followed by "what's the point?".

The House hasn't voted since Sept 19th and Johnson, unlike other federal employees, continues to get paid during the shutdown.

BREAKING: Donald Trump just directed the Pentagon to test nuclear weapons before meeting with China.

The US has not conducted a nuclear test since 1992 and we must not resume. This is a reckless decision that will only make us less safe and lead to a new nuclear arms race.

The US does not have more nuclear warheads than Russia. No one is doing actual explosive testing of nuclear weapons. Testing nuclear-capable delivery systems is not the same thing as testing a nuclear weapon. Nuclear saber-rattling and threats are immoral, illegal (surprise) and counter-productive.
