Pipelines are a drug for petro-state leaders. Canada just opened one of the most expensive pipelines in our history, paid for by taxpayers. It brings crude to the coast, as demanded.

Jason's right to be concerned for a lot of reasons. One, will it actually happen? Or, is this more cover for expanding "temporary parking"?

I think this proposal is really a "better than nothing" build.
