I'm fairly certain that this will go to the court of appeal and the ruling will be changed. Finnish legislation is really strict about consent and ability to give consent. I don't remember ever seeing a similar case with this kind of ruling.

Being Finnish I'll correct some of your misunderstandings: According to the article 1) She left the hospital waiting area with the men after they had gotten to acquainted, she was not dragged nor was she in ER. Also she was heavily drunk, not unconscious.
