While I second everything James said, I also feel like you can see small crack in the facade pretty early on, especially regarding the female lead. Still, it took me a couple of episodes to get completely on board with this drama, so i get what you mean.

After ep11 I've to admit that the focus on how to cope/adress cognitive/mental disabilities hits a sore spot for me. Especially the arguing with the father at end of ep11. I really hate the still lingering belief
