Laptop has officially died. I've checked everywhere online, opened the laptop, reset the BIOS, changed BIOS settings not to use the dedicated GPU on boot, disabled Intel bullshit, and many many other things.

The laptops motherboard was missing screws on the inside from when I sent it in to Asus >
