In August, I started cooking up an idea to run a #VTuber Agency, but I wasn't sure if it was possible or even financially responsible. After talking to many different people, including other CEOs of VTuber Agencies, I realized this was something I wanted.

Now I just filed for my first LLC for the VTuber Agency, have been in talks with 1 scouted talent, and am looking for 2 more talents on Sunday!
I'm scared! What if no one applies? What if I'm not a good leader? Will I be a responsible person my talents can rely on? These are real worries I have.
