Five, differently sized mostly round buttons. They are all different styles. Some of them have 2 some have 4 holes. A few have no holes. One, the largest button, has writing that states, "DO NOT PRESS". They are all done in different shades of black ink. There is a signature of MJC and a date 10/22.

The cockscomb got its name due to its propensity to being an ornamental flower. It comes in a variety of colors and is thought to look like the crest, or comb, of a rooster, or cock.
