C'est surtout ça le pbl AMHA. Le vrai rôle de l'administration est donné aux cabinets (qui bien souvent "plument" l'administration pour se constituer) hyper politisés qui littéralement passent les dossiers au shredder et formatent les PC en fin de mandat. 1 vrai scandale démocratique et 1 gabegie

En même temps, si pour faire un gouvernement à la Generalidad de Madrid il fallait une moitié de Catalans on ne s'étonnerait pas que ça a du mal à fonctionner... Surtout si on veut imposer un pari indépendantiste catalan qui veut Madrid comme capitale de la Catalogne...

héhé. Denk niet dat het altijd kwalijk bedoeld is (om domheid) van mensen die "scheurtje" gebruiken ipv waterstofinclusie. In het frans heeft men het ook over "un nid-de-poule" voor een gat in de weg al weten wij dat er geen kieken hier ooit gaat nesten 😅.

Tandis que soutenir les ménages et personnes les plus précarisées n'a bien sur aucun effet retour bénéfique sur la consommation et l'économie. Il est bien connu que toutes les allocs partent directement dans les marchés financiers et la crypto.

Non mais les baisses de recettes c'est différent, c'est neutre budgétairement grace aux effets retour. Par exemple, le tax shift du gouvernement Michel avait créé quand même 20 à 40 000 emplois (flexijobs) selon le bureau du plan (pour un cout à 20 milliards).

Leo questioned a world where the wealth of the elite grows
"exponentially" while many "millions of people die of hunger or survive in conditions unfit for human beings." He also criticized "ideologies that defend the absolute autonomy of the marketplace and financial speculation,"
with false promises "that a free-market economy will automatically solve the problem of poverty."

Leo described a "new tyranny," which shuns any kind of oversight and where the economy is structured "in such a way that sacrifices are demanded of the masses in order to serve the needs of the powerful." The poor, he wrote, are only allowed "drops that trickle down."

The pope openly challenged "prosperity theology" and called Christians to the practice of giving charity. "It will not solve the problem of world poverty, yet it must still be carried out, with intelligence, diligence and social responsibility," he wrote.

Popular movements that challenge "the empire of money," invite people to take on the cause to combat poverty alongside the poor, instead of on their behalf, and "make history," the pope said. It our duty, Leo said, to "make their voices heard, albeit in different ways, in order to point out and denounce such structural issues, even at the cost of appearing foolish or naïve."

Verschil is dut dat BESS reactief kan leveren zelfs wanneer idle op actief, wel met grotere verliezen en dus kosten, maar dit dus toch grote voordeel in vergelijking met CCGTS. Tzou zonde zijn moest jij CCGTS must run moeten hebben enkel en alleen voor voltage regulation wanneer hernieuwbaar > load

En dat moet dus financieel gecompenseerd worden.
In Bastogne hebben wij de 1ste batterij in Belgie die meedoet aan voltage regulation bij Elia. Als ik zie hoe vaak wij geactiveerd worden zitten wij duidelijk voorop synchrone generators in de merit orders...
