Yes, you're probably correct that it currently makes the point somewhat moot. Nevertheless, in a different political climate, it is easier when the necessary mechanisms are in place.

In the long-term, I hope Ukraine constructs a decentralized sustainable energy grid. Power generation plants of any kind are more vulnerable to attack/sabotage.

Orbán says his government will always put the interests of their people first. It seems a serious shortcoming that the #EU treaties have no provision for forcibly removing a member state. Circumstances that initially qualify a state for membership, are not everlasting.
