"Data like DL#, SSNs & DOB are the “holy trinity” of identity theft, and states have laws and processes in place to make sure that their citizens' data is protected. The state officials, Rs and Ds both, are right to do all they can to protect that data."

Again, every single time those who lied about the 2020 election go to court, when they have a chance to back up their claims, they've got nothing. 5 years later, in dozens of cases, they've failed to present a shred of evidence supporting any of their claims.

To be clear, our elections are mandated by the Constitution to occur every 2 years, run by the states, not the Feds. The US has NEVER postponed or canceled a general election - not during 2 pandemics, not after hurricanes, not during the Civil War, and not during two World Wars.

"As a lifelong conservative Republican, I want to be clear: [The DOJ demands for voters' data] is not oversight.
It’s overreach. And it should concern every conservative — every American — who values civil liberties, federalism, the rule of law and local control."

Georgia has passed some of the strongest and conservative election laws in the country. There is no need for the federal government to intervene or interfere.

This should read “the Constitution doesn’t give the President ANY authority over election law.” This EO would have the same legal effect (zero) if written on a napkin in crayon.

Also, 98% of the US already votes on paper ballots (only Louisiana still doesn’t).

“What I’m concerned about is that it seems like DHS is being poised to use the vast power and megaphone of the federal government to spread disinformation rather than combat it,” Becker said. “It’s going to really harm DHS’s credibility overall.”

Trump says “politics is over” if Republicans gerrymander and ban mail voting before the midterms
Big WIN for the Great State of Texas!!! Everything Passed, on our way to FIVE more Congressional seats and saving your Rights, your Freedoms, and your Country, itself. Texas never lets us down. Florida, Indiana, and others are looking to do the same thing. More seats equals less Crime, a great Economy, and a STRONG SECOND AMENDMENT. It means Happiness and Peace. But Republicans, there is one thing even better - STOP MAIL-IN VOTING, a total fraud that has no bounds. Also, go to PAPER BALLOTS before it is too late - At one tenth the cost, faster, and more reliable. If we do these TWO things, we will pick up 100 more seats, and the CROOKED game of politics is over. God Bless America!!!

It probably doesn’t need to be said, but never in the history of the USA has any state ever required a “license plate” in order to vote.

Trump: "When you go to a voting booth, and you do it the right way, and you go to a state that runs it properly, you go in -- they even asked me, they asked me for my license plate. I said, 'I don't know if I have it.' They said, 'Sir, you have to have it.' I was very impressed actually."

Trump today teased his latest attempt to interfere with the state's constitutional power to regulate elections. The President and his advisors should direct their attention to Article 1, Section 4, of the Constitution which he's sworn to preserve, protect, and defend. /1

We'll keep our attention on any actual executive order that may be signed, and I expect that it will be quickly enjoined by the courts. However, we should be vigilant for further attempts to deligitimize our election system by elected officials and candidates who may fear defeat at the polls. /END

We have audits of those ballots that confirm the results. We have ID req'ts to register to vote thanks to Congress. What election officials need now is an end to the lies and disinformation about our elections, and instead, support from our gov't for the crucial work that they do. /12

Our elections are as secure, transparent, and verified than ever before in US history, thanks to professional election officials of both parties that oversee them. We have more verifiable, recountable paper ballots than ever before, with 98% of all voters voting on paper (only Louisiana w/o). /11
