Then, oh, look: a shell detonated prematurely. Good thing Newsom had shut down 17 miles of freeway (used by 80,000 Californians daily).

It’s always bothered me that a bunch of issues get attached to a bill that is about one subject. It shouldn’t be done that way because it confuses the issues being voted on. perhaps the idea was to save time? But the way it’s been used historically & currently is a huge problem in our system IMHO
