What this man is describing would seem to constitute crimes against humanity under international law. Other governments could and should contest the abuses he’s describing the U.S. government committing against migrants.

Can anyone identify this aircraft? It was flying near the protest at the Otay Mesa concentration camp in San Diego yesterday at the U.S.-Mexico border.
It looks like it could be a Cessna 337 but that doesn’t seem quite right. I don’t know though, it’s tough to tell from this distance.
