Lets see all the bodycam, dashcam and bystander evidence to prove the claim.

At one time, prior to Trump & MAGA, I was skeptical Fed Govt would make such claims unless readily provable.

I now believe they would routinely assert a false claim, even in the face of very credible, contrary info.

They hardly deserve any immunity granted by legislation and law.

But with this Supreme Court, they might just can wrapped in immunity as an extension of a nearly omnipotent Federal executive branch.

It is reasonable basis to put someone on an involuntary 72 hour psychiatric hold for apparent detachment from reality.

Trump is either bona fide insane or is being carefully & deliberately misled & manipulated by Miller, Homan, Bondi, Noem

There is presumption in favor of feds but something w/ clear video record, like targeting the priest in head, without any obvious imminent threat/violence, would be great case to test under state/local law

Would force US DOJ into fascist PR disaster: “you have no recourse, we do whatever we want”

Need arrests by state/local cops when there is solid probable cause that ICE/DHS rationale for an act is illegal by state/local law, with no clear Fed justification

Let grand jurors, judges, & regular juries sort it out

Also, make clear sealed indictments are being issued to play out post Trump

Violates criteria of so-called “Kavanaugh Stop”. Briefly detain on very superficial suspicion. If subject claims to be US citizen, illegal for ICE to detain longer w/o provable, probable cause beyond initial cause

Slight risk of overstating, but if Supr Ct ultimately affirms Trump can declare entire swaths/classes of protesters as terrorist for just a tiny sliver becoming violent/unlawful, USA as we know it is over

I despise Trump but if the overall agreement in Gaza actually leads to a long term major improvement for the people in Gaza, Trump should be a serious contender for the prize next year.

Assuming the 400 National Guard each patrol 50 hrs per week (out of a total of 168 hours per week) that yields about 130 extra people on patrol in a city the size of Chicago (ignoring they are supposed to be protecting ICE & Fed property)

Yup, that will resolve the rampant crime.
