its the fact when you do speak back about it or call it out, people will be quick to jump you & claim you're either sensitive, kink-shaming, or label you a 'puritan'

I'm not saying murder isn't worse, it's the fact that when something isn't murder or involves killing someone, it doesn't make it acceptable. We shouldn't measure how harmful a topic is by comparing it to a worst topic.

Using this logic only helps with the normalization.

I just find it disgusting especially with the arguments some people use to defend the topic, like comparing it to other crimes (i.e. murder, cannibalism, etc) & saying they're much worse than incest.

Or using the 'fantasy' or 'its between consenting adults' subject as talking points.
