The Office of Management and Budget sent a notification to Congress about their intent to use research and development funds to pay members of the military, two sources with direct knowledge tell NBC News.

A spokesperson for the OMB confirmed to NBC News that it plans to use the research and development funds and that there are two years' worth of funds available within the Department of Defense.

In order to attain a 1000% decrease in price after paying 60$ in December, the pharmacy would have to give you 660$ AND your medication.

Bob paid 60$ like Alice did in December, but paid 6$ yesterday. Since |1-6/60|=0.9, this is a 90% change. Since the price went down, it's a 90% decrease.

Example: Alice paid 60$ for a drug she needs to survive in December 2024, and they paid 180$ last week. Since |1-180/60|=2, this is a 200% change in price. Since the price went up, it's a 200% increase.

Imagine a world where we, instead of investing in wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and TSA security theater and NSA spying on our own citizens, instead mitigated climate change, invested in cancer and fusion power, built schools/hospitals to build a strong network of international good will.

Mother reported him missing a week ago—turns out ICE had him detained the whole time.
