I want to add here....that yes, this deal was to Biden's deal.

But I highly doubt that Trump's 20 point plan was included in Biden's deal.

Let's be more specific. Netanyahu wanted Trump to win so they could both develop Gaza and kick out the Palestinians.

Biden wanted a 2 state solution.

The initial take will likely be Biden is akin to Buchanan- attempting to follow the "old" political rules, which the other side had already abandoned, recognizing the imminent peril but unable to marshall an effective response to the treasonous acts of the other side

There is no tariff "on China"- there is a tariff (import tax) on Chinese goods purchased by American importers. China theoretically suffers because those importers buy less Chinese goods, but that depends on Chinese manufacturers not being able to sell the goods elsewhere
