I have no beef with *that* take and I can see why, but to be fair the "but she doesn't LOOK cis!" takes were what I saw most at first and I'm not the only one to feel this whole discourse seems... astroterfed, esp as it's aimed at the person who fought for trans rep in a Disney cartoon.

Dana Terrace's previous show had multiple trans and enby characters, and she is very vocally pro-LGBT.
All she did was say that this one specific character she designed is canonically cis.
There's going to be other trans characters.

🫐so uh... sorry about that. we were very suicidal (and still are, honestly) and the uh... treatment certain ex-friends gave us pushed us to attempting it.
but the more genuine friends managed to intervene (thank you...) so we're alive for now but we're going to be a lot quieter as we try to recover.
