Don't you get it, Thanedar was just using impeachment to gain support for his election 18 months away.

And despite suggesting the idea, we'll also ignore that chasing impeachment would be so popular it could secure reelection in 2026. This is all a distraction from midterms in 2026!

Tommy Tuberville doesn't even know the word for triangle and he single-handedly disrupted the Senate more with his unanimous consent refusal for military promotions last term than every Democrat combined has done this year.

All of these people in positions of prominence who can gain the public eye are still playing dress-up instead of simply calling it what it is. Every member of Congress not saying, "Leadership is lying, they're helping them destroy it all" is an accomplice.

There shouldn't be a pass for any of them.

It's not just Congress, it's all of them. Every long, flowery dissent from the Supreme Court instead of saying "no this is blatantly the opposite of law and the Constitution. This is bullshit. This is a coup." Every news corp, every institution, everyone resigning instead of sabotaging, all of them.

Ending daylight saving time is the only bipartisan resolution I would find acceptable before everyone went to prison for treason.

The challenge for the US is surviving a bunch of criminals intentionally destroying the economy so it's easier for them to loot it while nobody else in power stops them.

I think the inaction of the people in position to stop these things is the much bigger scandal. There are a lot more of them and most spend their days fundraising off desperation or voicing "concerns" to obscure their own complicity.

Right, the scandal that should've included firings and mandatory prison time for multiple cabinet members, but after "demanding answers" it became another topic Democrats were willing to give up and move on from.
