We had a Catholic family living next door when I was growing up and the mom just threw everything clean on the pool table and everyone had to find and sort their own before they could shoot pool.

It's great that my boss has so much faith in my abilities to find weird shit, but opening up an extensive request for an Estonian dissertation with a note saying "leaving this one for you, Kat!" makes me wish I were less competent. Or a better liar.

"Use stuff up" meals are so good. I still have Thoughts about that time I had leftover rice and trinity and I stir fried it with a chopped up veggie burger, but I haven't been able to exactly replicate it
