They could be straight as a laser beam, but of they aren't performing an obsession with sexualizing women (and doing so "correctly") then they're leaving too much room for doubt. Obsessing over big boobs and heavy makeup is a kind of shibboleth.

Honestly, I don't even think it's really about getting off for these types of people, but rather it seems like a lot of this is performative. Not in the clichéd and harmful sense of "oh, they're actually secretly gay," but more in the sense that actually being straight doesn't matter as much as...

And with the clay model look in a lot of these it feels like there might also be inspiration taken from Mason Lindroth (creator of Hylics) or Jack Spinoza (Sluggish Morss, Dujunah, Judero, and Mashina)? PPSSPP is certainly more lightweight, so maybe, though I imagine a PC port could still manage lower requirements than even that while also implementing actual rollback. It's definitely not necessary to keep the game alive or anything, but it would be so nice.

Good to know, though that's unfortunately still a pretty big barrier to entry for some. I could (and likely will) easily get some of my friends to play that way, but I'm pretty RPCS3 is a bit too hefty for my partner or some of our other friends to run.

Are you being intentionally obtuse here or do you genuinely not understand what the conversation you're participating in is about? I didn't need to install Android on my phone or pick which version to use, and I've never once seen a command line on it or had to install a flatpack.

You also don't need to deal with flatpacks on Android. You don't even need to deal directly with .apk files unless you're trying to install something that's not on the Play Store, nor will you ever need to use a command line outside of some incredibly niche scenario.

Implying a single unified phone OS which was designed for a mass market is comparable to a diverse family of PC OSes which are largely designed for power users and hobyists? That plus an anecdote of one person using Linux, not even exclusively, for their job doesn't make for a very strong argument.
