In retrospect, it was probably a pretty good idea to skip out on doing a new 31 Days of Female Link this year. I remembered how poorly my work does when there's not sufficient sex appeal, and since I tend to focus on more authentic, adventurey content within that project -- not a good use of time.

Just their general attitudes towards NSFW content. They have recently updated their rules to take harder stances on some content (much in the same way Patreon does, restricting acceptable NSFW expression over time), but they've always been somewhat unforgiving towards the broader NSFW kink-sphere.

The unfortunate thing about bsky's staff embarking on a quest to metaphorically kill my career (I am absolutely a brand risk they will have no problem banning) is that I'm actually starting to get better numbers here than on Twatter.
