The line for San Diego State vs Nevada was bet as low as SDSU -6 in some places at kickoff. I took it at -7 earlier.

They lead 35-0 at halftime. Someone will have to explain that action to me because I was exceedingly confident this would be the result.

Not trying to be a sunshine pumper. Really this sucks. But also I can look back on a mostly enjoyable summer and appreciate the fun memories. Jed and the evil ownership family have plenty of work to do. But I’m not in the mood to think about that now.

It sucks that the Cubs season is over. Very frustrating that there were so many black holes in a playoff series.

I still had fun this season. First 3 months were the most fun I’ve had watching baseball since 2016. I wish it ended better, but this year was far from a waste to me.

And I know there’s value to all that, I’m just a believer in riding your hot hand starter while he’s hot.

More than anything, I just hate how quickly starters get pulled in baseball in general now. I’m an analytics-minded guy so I get it, but that’s one area where I yearn for the old days.
