Tenders are great. Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, oregano, sage and parsley in the dredge; three-step breading with flour/cornstarch, beaten egg, then seasoned flour dredge. Fried at 325 until GBD and cooked through
