New proposals for #Brighouse and the A641.

Designed and developed with communities. Funded by UK Gov.

Proposals inc:

* Pickle Bridge Greenway
* New bridge for Brighouse
* Improved public spaces
* Safe places to cross
* Safer routes for walking, wheeling, and cycling
* Priority for buses

Pickle Bridge Greenway with connections to houses at Bailiff Bridge.

Location of A641 Improvement Scheme proposals starting with Bailiff Bridge in the north and the Pickle Bridge Greenway running parallel to the A641 and through Wellholme Park, through Brighouse town centre and south along the A641.

Theatregoers told us they wanted improved access, better payments, and more comfort at Victoria Theatre Halifax

With UK Gov funding, we've completed:
3 new lifts
2 accessible toilets
new box office
new bar
upgraded payments
new flooring and lighting

The western gateway to Halifax town centre. A new way to get to key destinations from the rail station, places to meet people and a smoother layout to speed up car journeys. A new road will take traffic past the rail station and Eureka! car park entrance.

Plans include:
