Of course—I get all the technicalities. Skubal pitched like a Cy Young winner. But Detroit has to be frustrated with four losses in his starts against the Ms this year. The quality he brought was neutralized by the way the rest of the games played out. Yes, they didn’t beat HIM per se, but still.
