I always wear an N95, decline indoor dining, visit friends only outdoors or with windows open, corsi-Rosenthal box on. I have not had COVID. Fortunate to be able to now work from home occasionally, while retired.

So much work! All organic, gifted fruit. Opening a jar in the middle of a snowstorm in January will remind me of a warm and sunny October afternoon when I picked the grapes, chickens at my feet, a dog brining me a stick to throw and the kindness of my friend who gave me this opportunity.

I cook soup for 100 for a community once a month. Yes, your Dhal will be the vegan gluten free feature and I make enough for 50. What doesn’t get eaten goes into the freezer for the rural foodbank. People love it! I teach financial literacy while we cook. My helper last time. 2 women, 100 meals.
