It's #WorldSpaceWeek! What better way to celebrate than buy a piece of the Moon! You can buy lunar sites online for just $34.99. JK, it's a scam. But then what's the difference between this and million dollar deals to sell lunar resources? spacecitizens.substack.com/p/can-you-bu...

Literally brought me to tears. Ziptied kids together, put guns in the face of US citizens (no coincidence that these are black citizens) and explicitly dehumanise them, threaten them, attack their homes. I know this is going down, but to hear these eyewitness accounts made me cry.

Isn't this part of the satire though? "You're making life difficult for Jews in America" is the perfect way to point out the mindset that refuses to acknowledge the value of Palestinian lives.

I mean, I'm sorry USA but I think I'm fact you should be afraid. Not like you shouldn't act, but you should also not just think things are going to change with a vote. I hope his faith in the justice system is well placed.

Remember the €240m contract for Planet Labs from the German government earlier this summer?

Now Planet Labs announces that it will invest in and expand its German site in Berlin, where up to 20 satellites per year will be produced in the future.

I'm ignorant is to whether full membership remains open to any space agency, or whether they stick to their core. But also, maybe because the Aus Space Agency is not a statutory body and can't do anything without many layers of approval even before ministerial. It is politicised and weak.

As far as I can tell, the US sat - a GSSAP - was the only one to maneuver. GSSAP's job is to inspect other sats - and it's been doing so for a while - so I guess the new thing here is that it was coordinated and with an ally as opposed to an adversary?
