That is unique to our SC. I like reading the decisions and the legal reasoning (🤓). I always advise people to read SCC decisions when they accuse the judges of being flakey or “activist”. I’m pretty sure they didn’t get to the highest court by being dull. I’m also quite impressed with the new robes.
