This is exactly what Trump hoped to do on Jan. 6. He hoped that there would be clashes between his supporters and counter-protesters. He was then ready to call in the National Guard and invoke the Insurrection Act. There were no counter protests that day.

After listening to details from James Comey's arraignment on Lawrence O'Donnell's MSNBC show, it's clear that if the case ever goes to trial it will look like Comey's legal team headed up by Patrick Fitzgerald is prosecuting Trump, Bondi and Halligan.

So Alberta’s border patrol is supposed to stop migrants from entering the U.S. and has little to show for it. Give Trump enough time and maybe the border patrol will get busy preventing hordes of Americans from entering Canada to claim political asylum.

Trump actually had hoped to use the Insurrection Act on Jan 6. He expected there to be large counter-protests and clashes with his supporters. Then he would have called in the National Guard. But our side did not take the bait and there were no counter-protests.

The story of the raid on the Chicago apartment building was widely covered in the MSM. DHS did give advance notice of the raid to right-wing cable station Newsmax which filmed the raid exclusively as it happened. That footage was used by other news outlets and actually put ICE abuses in a bad light.

I think that Kristi Noem should apply Pete Hegseth's no fat soldiers, no beardos policy to ICE agents. There are lots of fat and/or bearded ICE agents running around. Of course, they would have to take off their masks so we can determine whether they are violating a no beards policy.

There should be no bailout for farmers unless the cuts to SNAP benefits are rescinded. Of course the illegal tariffs should also go. In the past food stamp benefits were part of farm bills to gain support from rural and urban members of Congress.

Farmers keep voting for their own destruction & my tax dollars shouldn’t be used to fund it. Trump’s expected to announce a new bailout. He wrecked them w/tariffs, then acts like a hero by bailing them out w/our money.

They’ll cash the check, then vote to burn it all down again.
