We're a gaze (hence they/them) of shitposting raccoons originally on Twitter to mock Chris Coons. #AnimalCaucus. Our jokes are meant to amuse us, but they COULD amuse you, too. Who can say? If you recognize us, no you don't (please).

This is the thing- our inner cheapskate (and other spending priorities) is holding strong so far. At some point, we may ask your advice, though, for not-obscenely-expensive watches.

We like simple, but we also like date/chronograph. Field watches appeal to us, too.
chrisraccoons.bsky.social
So we looked at a few watches, and now google is feeding us watch ads, and now we're starting to become interested in watches. We're pretty sure this is all @stevesteverers.whaleoilcandles.com's fault.

This is why we stick to Waffles Street, Waffles Drive, and Waffles Avenue exclusively

Sure, but the protected bike lane on the other one-way street is the safe option. In this case, the (narrow and congested) sidewalk is less safe for cyclists than the street/sharrows, unfortunately. The problems differ from place to place, and your situation is different from mine
chrisraccoons.bsky.social
Additionally, bicycles can ride legally on the one-way main street, albeit with sharrows instead of a protected bike lane. It is illegal (and marked as such) to bike on the (narrow/congested) sidewalks, but people seem to do it, resulting a lot of conflicts.
chrisraccoons.bsky.social
In the case I'm describing, the protected bike infrastructure is one block away on a road that is one-way for cars. The road in question is one-way (the other way) for cars. In other words, no cyclist is forced to go farther than cars to obey the law and be safe. It's not perfect, but it's pretty ok

Morning, Drew! That sounds like a good agenda for the day. Enjoy!

Happy for you that Ring of Fire isn't that song

Coastal Maine is our happy place

Fantastic! We never made it to the coast the summer we lived in Oregon

Obviously, feel free to not reply if you'd prefer not to say, but curious which beach

We don't get people like this. Does he need the money? How much do ratty hoodies cost, anyhow?
