Ah, but that’s easy to explain…….. the government seem to think trans people count as nobody, so don’t fall into the category of “Everyone”. And by everywhere, they actually mean everywhere else.

It’s not how I would do things, I’m far too gentle for that sort of thing. But, I also understand the anger that drives this kind of action. Unfortunately, I think it’s an inevitable consequence of the ongoing attack on our existence.

My cis neighbour scares me even though she seems to want to be friends with me. She and her whole family are extremely racist and very aggressive. Thankfully she hasn’t realised I’m trans as she’s given hints that she’s also transphobic whilst talking about our Muslim neighbours.

I used to travel the world photographing birds as a hobby, but times have changed and funds and the treatment of our community in some of my favourite locations (e.g. Florida) no longer allow me to. I may post a photo from Florida later.

Elsewhere in the same interview, Zack needs help with better answers on why there’s no genuine argument for excluding trans women from female sports. I’m not criticising - I loved that a party leader was going to battle for us!

I’ve often thought this myself - the direct answer risks just losing you credit with an uneducated/bigoted audience. Exploring why the questioner thinks it’s OK to degrade trans people by obsessing over our genitals would be better.

That’s so sad. The way we’re treated at the moment as adults is awful, but it makes me so mad that our politicians and the NHS are causing this level of unnecessary suffering to kids. They need to be in prison for what they’ve done…..

Obviously it’s best for Wes to call out a bit of paint that’s easy to clean off the glass - and he can maybe call it violence even though it’s not anywhere near as violent as removing treatment from trans kids.

He wouldn’t want anyone asking too many questions about trans suicides after all…….

No justice Sophie - I honestly don’t think that those with power over our lives can even see us. They clearly don’t know any of us and seem to believe in the monstrous apparitions we’re portrayed as by the right-wing rags.

I’d only report it to the police if there was an imminent threat of violence. Even then, based on a report I made last year unrelated to anything LGBT+, I doubt they’d bother to respond.
