This shows that a national human rights regulatory body is capable of performing its statutory functions, when it hasn't been captured by raving bigots.

It's pretty clear to us that implementation of the Sullivan 'review' breaches UK GDPR obligations. EU GDPR, identical to ours, says you can't process data about the sex assigned at birth of trans people unless there is a very good reason for doing so. And we are active in this space.

It's pretty clear to us that implementation of the Sullivan 'review' breaches UK GDPR obligations. EU GDPR, identical to ours, says you can't process data about the sex assigned at birth of trans people unless there is a very good reason for doing so. And we are active in this space.
