Yep, it’s pretty clear that they politically choose not to pass legislation to deliberately maintain their anti Trans stance.
So far they’ve managed to avoid most political responsibility by hiding behind Cass & other biased reports set up by the Cons, topped off by the vile SC ruling.

Essentially what this means is that trans kids are discredited and ostracized from daily school life. It's a green light for bullying.. it's clear bigoted segregation and it's abhorrent. Why would you send your kid to school..

The government could change the Supreme Court misjudgement at any time.
Indeed Labour has consistently lied about this. It could change this transphobic, wrong and unjust decision any time it wanted to. It is pretending it can’t.

Labour's Manifesto promised to ban conversion therapy. But I defy anyone to explain how, looking at the totality of its policy platform, Labour's real policy is anything other than promoting desistance.
Labour continues to troll the trans community - and to prioritise pleasing the right wing press. We know Hilary Cass was selected for her transphobic views: Kemi Badenoch told us exactly that.

The equality and human rights commission under the new Labour appointed chief is snubbing trans rights organisations (which it has a public sector duty to engage with) in favour of anti trans rights organisations (which it has a obligation to at listen to, but which are not a protected group).
A follow-up FOI reveals that the meeting did not go ahead on the planned date and will now be held in London on the 26 Feb. They did have a meeting with FWS on the 12 Jan. No meeting was held with or planned with any trans led orgs.
