Hm, I don't see normal behaviour in doing 360s for a vessel in transit. Why should they? Only reason would be an almost collision - not (that)normal either, even if it's a dutch trawler (sorry, couldn't resistent ✌️). According to all info available including photos ARKTIDA is a tanker.
