With the help of partners, including but not limited to, Brightshores Health System, the Brockton and Area Family Health Team, and South Bruce Grey Health Centre, CMHA Grey Bruce is able to provide free mental health and/or addictions support in a walk-in basis across the
Nearly 6 in 10 young adults (18–24) say cost keeps them from getting mental health help. No one should have to choose between paying rent and paying for care.

CMHA Grey Bruce’s One Number is available for Grey Bruce residents to call if you don’t know where to start. Our Central Intake Team is knowledgeable in our programs and services, as well as the programs and services available locally in Grey and Bruce.

The Primary Care Telemedicine Drop-In Clinic offers acute and episodic care for individuals without a family doctor or those needing more comprehensive care while living with mental health or addiction challenges.

Through our Apartment Programs, we’re able to help individuals get into safe housing with the support they need.

Today’s reflection: As you read this, think about what home means for your own well-being. Then consider how much harder it is for people without stable housing.
In Canada, people with poor mental health are 50% more likely to live in inadequate housing. Supportive, stable housing is mental health care. Everyone deserves a safe place to call home.
