if you lived in Maine long enough to consider yourself a Mainer and got that stuff wrong, it's easy to assume you're just as wrong about Platner. I've lived in ME01 my whole adult life, def not a thing here. I was born in ME02 and have a lot of family there. I've never heard that nickname in either area ever, and have never heard it mentioned in local media. Beyond that, senators don't have congressional districts bc they're senators.

I've lived in Maine 47 years. It's spelled 'Aroostook,' and you are the first person I've ever heard say "Suzy from the County." All my relatives in the county are Republicans, and none of them have ever said that.
