Friday cocktail. Prosecco, St Germaine, and Liquid Alchemist passion fruit syrup with a slice of lime. Had it in PHX at a brunch place and decided to re-create. Pretty tasty, though I do prefer an Aperol or yuzu Dry Curaçao spritz.

Tinnitus is much worse after my bout with Covid. It had ramped up after one vax and mostly became forgettable. Now it’s pretty loud. So annoying.

Damn. That sucks. I had that happen a couple years ago while doing a bunch of pre-surgery work. The guy trying was horrid. He tried three places, missed the vein each time, and finally had to have someone else do it. I looked like a junkie when I was done.

I just told my sister (we talk about fng Idaho always with the epithet attached), a bunch of Middle Easterners couldn’t happen to a more racist population. I’m honestly not sure if I’m more amused or horrified at this. (I have loved the time I have spent in the Middle East and Central Asia).

I have relatives in Mtn Home. I know that place fairly well. The locals won’t take kindly to a bunch of dark-skinned furriners running around the tiny town. I’m sure this sticks in the craw of most of Idaho.
