Absolutely. We were allowed to keep any furniture we wanted (the original owner passed and we’re renting from the daughter). There are so many tat storage options it’s ridiculous.

The surreal thing is, I’ve moved to a place I’ve dreamed of. I’m in a bungalow that’s like a proper old granny one almost purpose built for my kind of disabilities.

The move itself was a disaster, but the actual place is perfect and I feel incredibly lucky.

According to the message I got, that’s apparently the rumor being put around. It’s far from the stupidest BS ever spread about me, but it’s definitely in the dumbass category.

I also really like how you can go back to stealth after fighting in one location, because only the nearby enemies hear the commotion. Much more flexible than having an entire camp suddenly alerted at once.

I remember combat quickly feeling trivial in Tsushima. Loved the game, but I think they balanced things much better here. At least so far.

It’s something of a different beast to Tsushima. A bit harder to get into initially, but the payoff is much more worth it I think.

The instakill weapon throws steal the show though. Pick up a dropped weapon, look at an enemy, throw it. Never misses, kills almost any mob. Fun every fucking time.

OP on its own, but offset by your fragility and the tougher combat elements. Beautifully done stuff.

Like, it’s almost “comical” how every duel is in some exaggeratedly breathtaking setting. All the flower fields and waterfalls and stuff. It’s just so committed to it that it works every time.

They struck a delicate balance between difficulty and effortless badassery, too.

I love how Ghost of Yotei’s entire design philosophy is so obviously “Do the cool thing.”

Even when it’s challenging, and it can be plenty challenging, every element is channeled into making the protagonist, player, and environment as cool as possible.

I want Sucker Punch to do John Wick.

I've not finished it once yet, because other games got in the way and tbh I've found the idea of returning to it exhausting. It's not that I was having a *bad* time with the thing, just that it wasn't a good enough time to make me eager to return.

It’s almost certainly tied to my ADHD. Both my short and long term memory have been fucked my entire life, and the ADHD seems to be at the root of like 75% of my problems.

To give you an idea of my memory issues, people have just suggested using God Mode to get past it and I completely forgot that was even a thing 😂.

Still, I shouldn’t have to resort to that. S’good that it’s there, but this boss plain sucks.
